Interested in serving as a Senior Information Technology Executive in an organization, managing and supervising a medium to large IT infrastructure. ~ Design and implement a web based automated ACTT ticket assignment process using ACTT Notifier, ODBC drivers to access ACTT database, CGI, C and UNIX shell tools.


~ Project Lead : Production aspect of the IS&S Scripting Re-engineering. Responsibilities include, production readiness, Alpha and Beta schedule, OA&M documentation, roll out plan, code installation, Tuxedo and environment upgrade, etc.

~ Designed and implemented a Web based calendar using PERL, CGI, HTML and Shell Scripts. The calendar allows the users to add or delete entries for each month of the calendar. Web pages for each month/year is also automatically generated.


~ Developed a Disaster Recovery Tool to move Xterminals from one presentation machine to another in case of a machine failure.


~ Developed a utility to automate daily batch feed monitoring using UNIX shell scripts, PL/SQL and C. This utility dynamically selects available machines for batch processing of customer information, also performs auto-correction of corrupted data files.


~ Implemented audit programs and file processing tools with real-time warning messaging to allow immediate troubleshooting, and daily reporting, as well as, development of UNIX shell driven PL/SQL scripts to perform UNIX administrative and database cleanup.


~ Developed a query tool to retrieve data from employee profile database, using C and PL/SQL.


~ Designed and developed C programs and PL/SQL scripts to monitor daily activity of a system and distribute reports to users via e-mail.
